Due to this, we offer delivery service six days a week, fifty-two weeks a year. Our customers cover a wide area of industries including restaurants, markets, hotels, re-distributors, airlines, etc. It is our focus on quality and service, which has made us a valuable asset to their success.

C&H MEAT COMPANY has gained respect and popularity among its customers and new customers due to the quality of the meats we use in our products. Over the years, we have also accumulated valuable experience and refined knowledge in all aspects of meat preparation through our ongoing work with detail-oriented customers. This knowledge is constantly being refined and applied down to the smallest detail in all of our operations: from the purchasing of our raw material to custom order cutting and final packaging.

Guidelines for safe food handling for consumer use

Keep it safe, refrigerate or freeze. Refrigerate or freeze all perishable foods. Refrigerator temperature should be 40*F or less; freezer temperature should be 0F or less. Use a refrigerator/ freezer thermometer to check the temperatures.

Never thaw food at room temperature. Always thaw food in the refrigerator, or in cold water or in a microwave. When thawing in the microwave, you must cook the food immediately.

Wash hands with warm soapy water before preparing food. Wash hands, utensils, cutting boards and other work surfaces after contact with raw meat and poultry. This helps prevent cross contamination.

Never leave perishable food out of the refrigerator over two hours. If room temperature is 90F or above food should not be left out over 1 hour. This would include items such as take-out food, leftovers from restaurant meat, and meals on wheels deliveries.

Thoroughly cook raw meat, poultry and fish. Do not partially cook food. Have a constant heat source, and always set the oven to 325F or higher when cooking. There is no need to bring food to room temperature before cooking.
